Stijn is dedicated to driving operational excellence at DexMach services, encompassing both professional and managed services. With a firm belief in the principles of openness and inclusiveness, he recognizes these as pivotal factors for organizational and professional growth. Stijn is also at the forefront of aligning with Cegeka group departments, subsidiaries, and countries to propel cloud capabilities forward. Through the establishment of a group cloud center of excellence (CCoE), he is pioneering the integration of InnerSource techniques, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Stijn helps put focus on the technology that matters and he engages in customers cloud journey's to have direct feedback. He is the main driver behind the Azure Expert MSP and Advanced specialization audits, which we obtained several years in a row now. The change to git driven operations (gitops) enabled us to scale beyond people and enabling us to focus on human interactions to improve our services and interactions with clients.

Full focus on Azure consultancy. Creator of the dexbrix catalog - a catalog of standardized services deployable cross tenants (customers).

Consultant with a focus on System Center Service Manager (SCSM), Microsoft's ITSM tooling. Embracing SCSM meant a shift from technical implementations to understanding business requests, with a strong focus on standardization. The last couple of years, my focus shifted to incorporating Azure, with a first highlight of Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Providing Microsoft focused consultancy, ranging from IAM services (Forefront Identity Manager) to Device management (Configuration Manager).

Providing operational long term support for customers. First at Procter & Gamble with a focus on networking and Novell for the BeNeLux sites - Brussels, Mechelen, Rotterdam and Coevoorden. After a couple of years I moved to a Microsoft Configuration Manager focused role at Engie Electrabel Brussels and Antwerp.
